– Elastic Band Step-up with Glute Kickback (1 set x 25 reps each leg)
– Bulgarian Split Squat (1 set x 25 reps each leg)
– Elastic Band Jump Squat (1 set x 25 reps)
– BW Single Leg Stiff Deadlift (1 set x 25 reps each leg) **both hands touch the ground**

100s Power Sets
DB Lateral Raise (2 sets x 50 reps)
DB Hammer Curl/Tricep Extension Combo (2 sets x 50 reps each)
Weighted Ab Crunch (2 sets x 50 reps)
Elastic Band Row (2 sets x 50 reps)
Elastic Band Chest Press (2 set x 50 steps)

Single Leg Stiff Leg Deadlift
