DB Shoulder Press (1 set x 50 reps)
DB Shrug (1 set x 50 reps)
DB Concentration Curl/Tricep Extension Combo (1 set x 50 reps each)
Weighted Ab Crunch (3 sets x 50 reps)
DB Bentover Fly (1 set x 50 reps)
Elastic Band Chest Press (1 set x 50 steps)
