-30 minute Treadmill alternating uphill walk/run (5 minutes each for 30 minutes)
-30 minute Elliptical session alternating front/reverse positions (5 minutes each for 30 minutes)
**Complete the cardio on the highest level in which you can complete the 5 minutes without giving up or out.**
-5 minute cool down
