1 scoop Vega Protein & Greens
1/2 scoop Super Greens
1 celery stalk
1 lemon 🍋
1 tsp Cheyenne Pepper
1 inch (2.5 cm) piece of ginger
1 inch (2.5 cm) piece of turmeric
1 handful of parsley
Once a day Meal 🥘
Salad 🥗 with 4-5 ounces of protein of choice
(I eat this as my last meal, so I won’t be up all night 😔)

Drink at least a gallon of water 💦
Melons 🍉 🍈 (Small portions) are great snacks if you get hungry. Celery is also a great option. If you’re a lemon eater like I am, there is no limit 😋!!
