Smith Machine Incline Bench Press (6 sets – 2 sets x 15 reps warmup / 4 sets x 8-10/4/2 reps)
DB Bench Press (3 sets x 8-10)
Incline DB Flye (4 sets x 8-12 reps)
Reverse DB Press (4 sets – AMRAP)

SUPERSET
Medicine Ball Pushup (3 sets x 10 reps each side)
Medicine Ball Tuckup (3 sets x 10 reps each side)
*rest 30 seconds between supersets

Abs SUPERSET
Bicycles (4 sets x 60 seconds)
Situp (4 sets x 25-30 reps)
*rest 30 seconds between supersets

Reverse DB Press
