Abductor Machine (3 sets x 20 reps)
Adductor Machine (3 sets x 20 reps)
Squat (6 sets x 6-10 reps)
BB Walking Lunge (4 sets x 10-12 reps each leg)
Smith Machine Lunge (3 sets x 10-12 reps each leg)
Wall Sit (3 sets x 60 seconds)
Leg Extension (3 sets x 10/10/10 drop set)
Seated Calf Raise (4 sets x 8-12 reps)
