Bruceman Shredded Shoulder (12 reps)
DB Straight-leg Deadlift (12 Reps)
Vertical Leg Press *close/wide-leg* (15-20 reps each)
Vertical Leg Press Machine Calf Raises (50 reps)
Glute Kickback & Fire Hyrdrants w/ ankle weights (25 reps each leg/each position )
In-Out Jump Squats with Bands and Ankle Weights (15 reps)
Incline Sit-ups (25 reps)
